Construction Structurally engineered for strength and endurance, we are one of the few companies still welding the steel framing. Welding means we’re able to use Gyprock plaster board internal wall linings, timber mouldings and architraving to provide the most luxurious painted finishes possible. Steel framing is not only built strong to cope with the rigors of constant moving but is also termite proof and can easily be cyclone rated to withstand the harshest of climates. Build time only 4 - 6 weeks. Building Code of Australia Built to comply with the building code of Australia, all our cabins come with the appropriate Engineering, Plumbing, Electrical and 6 Star Energy Rating certificates as required for Class 1 Buildings. We can also build cabins to meet Class 10a requirements (non habitable). 6 Star Energy Rating Our cabins meet the new 6 Star Energy Rating requirements as introduced in early 2010. Standard features now included are ceiling, roof, wall and under floor insulation, Low Energy heavy tinted windows, ceiling fans and energy and water saving fixtures and fittings. These new energy saving regulations make your cabin even more comfortable and reduces electricity consumption saving you money and helps to preserve and protect our environment.
